Three doors

I'm Collins Reagan. Admiral Collins is the name on the channel, and the one that gets used when a take finally works.

I've been making pictures since I was 15. Reagan Studios is where the documentaries and short films get made. The channel is games, preparedness, and the projects worth showing in public.

The other half of the week is systems. I build working AI for my own studio and my own day: bots, workflows, research pipelines, and content systems. The consulting hour is with me personally, for high-capacity people who want working systems on work they already run.

03 — Consulting

Practical AI, built for how you actually work.

I build working AI systems for my own studio and daily life: bots, automated workflows, research pipelines, and content systems. I sometimes call them AI / SI systems. The hour is for high-capacity people who already run real work and want a system that fits it. You bring the work. We map it and plan the build.

In one session we look at how you work now and write a next-step build plan for one system that fits. Where time and access allow, we may start setup together. A finished system is not guaranteed in the hour. Plain talk, real tools, built around the work you already do. This is support for operators, not a starter lesson in prompting.

The hour is the strategy session. Thirty minutes is a working session. Fifteen is a quick discovery. You pay when you book. The time locks in once the booking is confirmed.
